Friends by Go7UP – Training & Certification Platform

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 Purpose

These General Terms govern the relationships between:

  • Go7UP LLC ("Go7UP"), operator of the Friends platform.
  • The WebMentor: a certified content creator hosting workshops on the platform.
  • The Learner: any individual subscribing to Friends for training.

1.2 Definitions

  • "Immunity Pro™": proprietary pedagogical methodology of Go7UP.
  • "Practical Workshops": live training sessions hosted by WebMentors.
  • "Friends Platform": a web‑based live workshop application, accessible by subscription, integrating Udemy courses.
  • "Certification Path": route to WebMentor status after examination, remunerated in advertising credits.
  • "Content Creator Path": direct route to become a WebMentor with Go7UP's support.

ARTICLE 2 – BECOMING A WEBMENTOR

Learners may become WebMentors either by direct application (subject to conditions) or by obtaining certification after completing the training path. Specific terms are set out in the collaboration contract.

ARTICLE 3 – GO7UP'S OBLIGATIONS

Go7UP undertakes to:

  • Provide access to the Friends platform and necessary tools.
  • Offer operational support (administrative, technical, subscriber relations).
  • Grant the advertising credits defined in the collaboration contract.
  • Provide pedagogical support (Udemy expert) to help the WebMentor structure their offering.

ARTICLE 4 – WEBMENTOR'S OBLIGATIONS

The WebMentor undertakes to:

  • Comply with the specific obligations set out in their collaboration contract (frequency and nature of workshops, promotion, etc.).
  • Follow the Immunity Pro™ methodology as agreed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Not reproduce Go7UP's proprietary methodology nor solicit platform Learners for competing activities.

(Operational details – number of hours, publication frequency, etc. – are contractually defined and may be modified without amending these General Terms.)

ARTICLE 5 – WEBMENTOR'S REMUNERATION

The WebMentor is remunerated in advertising credits credited to their account, as detailed in their collaboration contract. These credits are strictly reserved for advertising use on the Friends platform and agreed channels; they are neither monetizable, nor refundable, nor transferable. No access fees or mandatory exclusivity are required.

ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Go7UP retains exclusive ownership of the Immunity Pro™ methodology, training materials (excluding the WebMentor's personal content) and the technical platform. The WebMentor retains ownership of their personal know‑how and image. Co‑created content is governed by the collaboration contract.

ARTICLE 7 – DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Go7UP processes personal data in compliance with applicable law. The WebMentor undertakes to protect Learner data and maintain strict confidentiality.

ARTICLE 8 – TERM, RENEWAL AND TERMINATION

The initial term of the WebMentor contract is 12 months, renewable by tacit agreement. Termination conditions (notice period, grounds) are set out in the contract.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Go7UP guarantees the granting of the agreed advertising credits. Go7UP's liability is limited to the value of the advertising credits granted over the previous 12 months. The WebMentor is responsible for their own content. Learners have a 14‑day withdrawal period, which ends upon first participation in a workshop or access to digital content.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES

Any dispute shall be submitted to amicable resolution (30 days). Failing that, jurisdiction shall be the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.

ARTICLE 11 – MISCELLANEOUS

Registration or use of the platform implies acceptance of these Terms. Go7UP may modify them with 30 days' notice.
